I’m in the process of building a new app that will totally revolutionise the recruitment market.
How it works is that companies who “think recruitment agencies are a bit expensive” download the app to their phone and whenever they have a vacancy they can’t be arsed to fill themselves, they type in a job title, salary and 3 ‘must haves’.
Then the app scours the major job boards and returns one candidate CV that matches the brief.
The hiring company click ‘yes’ and the app sends an offer letter to the candidate.
The charge to the hiring company?
A tenner!
It simplifies the whole recruitment process and brings the price right down!!
I really think this could be a game-changer.
Investors, please form an orderly queue.

By Paul on Wednesday, 08 October 2014Ahh yes but the main flaw being your app won’t update every 10 seconds when the client changes their 3 criteria… You could then bring out version 2.0 which has a “pointless comparison other benchmark” button and charge £5 for this.
