You’re not really sure what you’re doing, are you?

I work in a very matter of fact - skills based (reads key word searching shitfest) sector. It’s such an odd concept to hunt for soft skills rather than just finding the right experience for the right money.
Must be a load of bollocks most of the time and make you feel like you’re really good at your job the rest.
