Selling isn’t easy.
It takes stamina, courage and a positive mindset. Even those who are well known for their naturally sunny outlook struggle to maintain it day-in, day-out.
But you’re a natural. You’re unflappable, driven, keen to work with city clients and able to build a book of contacts that will deliver results for this business and build a long-term career for you.
I recruit the most talented people with real potential to transform businesses.
My client is a London-based print firm with ambition, plans and a sleeves-rolled-up attitude and they have blue-chip city clients and produce high-end print solutions for many household names.
Whatever your sales background, if you are the kind of unpolished-gem that I think can become a great salesperson in a great business, we need to have a chat.
If you have some senior city contacts – whatever the sector – so much the better. If you have some B2B sales experience, great. That’s the minimum requirement.
But I’m looking for something else.
I’m looking for people with quick brains.
People able to learn quickly, to think quickly and to start delivering results quickly.
People who can see the value in being trained for their first few months by one of the best sales trainers in the country.
As a recruiter, I see time-served sales people with a fraction of the potential of people who just happen to be working with the wrong business, wrong product, or just not getting the guidance they need.
