Fast Track Recruitment

A quick peek into the soul of a recruitment agency

Before deciding to apply for a job at a recruitment agency, first check out whether they have an internal recruiter.

If they do, take a look at that internal recruiter’s profile on LinkedIn.

If, around 2 years ago, that person was working in a mobile phone shop, managing a bingo hall (sorry, leisure complex) or selling gym memberships, that should tell you pretty much everything you need to know about how seriously that agency takes recruitment and the opinion they have of their staff.

If you currently work for an agency with an internal recruiter who, 6 months ago worked in admin support, apply for any recruitment job you see.
